We are committed to conducting and governing ourselves with ethics, transparency and accountability, and to a work environment that is fair, safe and harmonious. Finovel prohibits any form of sexual harassment. Any act of sexual harassment, or related retaliation, against or by any employee is unacceptable.
The Company has a centralised redressal committee to address complaints of sexual harassment, nominated by Head HR and headed by a woman employee. An employee who believes they have been subjected to sexual harassment may file a complaint with any member of the committee or email finovelfintech@gmail.com. Necessary investigation and action will be taken according to the internal policy and guidelines.
